Bathing Aides is a service based in Cincinnati, Ohio, offering bathing assistance for seniors. We understand the importance of proper hygiene and self-care for seniors' overall health. Our service provides showers and baths in the comfort of clients' homes or in nursing facilities. We offer pricing plans with options for 2, 3, 4, or 5 showers/baths per week, with corresponding monthly rates. Additionally, clients have the option of paying $75 per shower without starting a monthly plan.
Our mission is to provide essential bathing support to seniors, promoting their overall health and well-being. We recognize that bathing, a private and intimate act, can be difficult for many aging people to accept. That's where we come in - our compassionate and trained staff provides the support needed to ensure seniors can maintain their hygiene safely and comfortably.
About Our Owner
Katrina is a dedicated entrepreneur whose passion for healthcare and compassion for others have driven the creation of Bathing Aides, a private home health agency transforming lives in our community.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Katrina always held a deep-seated belief in the importance of accessible healthcare services including transportation. Katrina has been a nurse since 2009 and was a proud STNA before obtaining a nursing license. The majority of her background has been in long-term care, rehab, and hospitals.
With a background in nursing and nurse management, Katrina possessed the knowledge and expertise necessary to navigate the complex healthcare industry.
In 2023, Katrina founded Bathing Aides with a clear vision: to provide personalized,
compassionate showers/baths that enable clients to maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their homes. From the outset, Katrina instilled a culture of excellence professionalism, and empathy within the agency, attracting a team of skilled caregivers who shared their values.
As Bathing Aides continues to grow and expand its reach, Katrina remains steadfast in their commitment to improving the lives of those they serve, with compassion as their guiding principle, they are truly making a difference- one home at a time.
